Lisa Rands, Isaac Caldiero

Lisa Rands, Synergy C.E.O. and coach, was the first American to win a bouldering World Cup; was ranked #1 in the world at competitive bouldering, and is a former Bouldering National Champion. She revolutionized the view of women in bouldering and advocated for equal treatment of women in US competitions.

Isaac Caldiero, also a gifted rock climber, made “legend” status on the hugely popular NBC TV show American Ninja Warrior, where he became a million dollar winner as the First American Ninja Warrior Champion.

Bouldering

See it to believe it! An incredible 10,000 square feet of climbing expertly set with literally hundreds of boulder problems covering every style, at every angle, and every level. 2000 s.f. with training walls is separate!

Ninja Zone

Isaac Caldiero’s ninja zone is a state-of-the-art obstacle zone catering to all abilities with a kid-friendly area, climbing wall, warped walls, race lanes, balance beams, and—for the ultimate challenge—Isaac’s Gauntlet!

Strength & Fitness

Our huge workout area has strength and endurance equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, bikes, free weights, a full rig set-up, fingerboards, rings, etc. Don’t miss the Treadwall in the back!

Community & WiFi

Community is what we’re about! Lots of space here! Come to hangout with friends; connect to wifi—we literally don’t want you to leave! Socializing is a big part of climbing, especially bouldering! Event inquiries welcome.

Yoga

Yoga classes are free to members! Visitors are always welcome for a small fee and classes can be booked online. Improve your flexibility, strength, and well-being!

Birthday Parties & Groups

Book our ninja zone for a birthday celebration or group event. Burn some energy and have a world of fun with obstacles, climbing wall, warped walls, and challenges for every age and ability.

Café

Need a boost for your workout? We have drinks, snacks, a bar to sit at, and some tables and space to work. We also have an outdoor deck with a sweet view to Lookout Mountain!

TBA Training Area

We recreated the vibe and walls from Chattanooga’s original climbing gym, the Tennessee Bouldering Authority. Also find our app-lit Moon Board, hydraulic adjusting Tension, and Kilter Board. Massive campus board.

Youth

Synergy has a world-renowned coaching program, managed and coached by some of the world’s most experienced climbing coaches. From entry-level clubs to an elite competition team. Ninja clubs and classes also available.
