Ninja Classes at Synergy Climbing And Ninja will help participants improve power, strength, and coordination. Technique tips will also help athletes to succeed on a variety of obstacles and challenges. See also climbing classes and climbing clubs and team.

He is available to those who want the ultimate in coaching from the ninja legend himself! Rate is $100 per hour and includes either one or two people. Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30-5:30 p.m. Youth Ninja Class/Club:
Drop in and join a group of youth ninjas. These classes are open to anyone who wants to try runs and obstacles under guidance of our staff. Member discounts for all classes. Please book to ensure a place. Discounted online booking rates: Non-Member $25. Member $20 (normally $30/$23). Discounted Monthly rates available for those looking to come regularly.
Fridays 2:00-3:30 p.m. HOMESCHOOL Ninja Class/Club:
A special rate for those homeschoolers who can use the gym during quieter hours. A fantastic way to get any child moving! Our coach(es) will encourage the participants to try exciting obstacles from power to balance, and throw in some climbing too! Book by the month for a discount (must book on or before first Friday of the month) or simply by the class. 10 percent discount provided to each additional sibling.
