Advice to Parents
Supervision Policy
Climbing and Ninja activities have inherent risks and can be dangerous. Children 12 and under must be actively supervised at all times by an adult who is ready to intervene if needed.
- Exception: During Synergy clubs, teams, classes, and camps, parents may relax on-site or return for pick-up at the end of the session.
Parent/Chaperone Waivers Required
- Supervising adults do not need to pay an entry fee if they are not using the gym.
- However, every visitor must complete a waiver before entering.
- Non-paying parents/chaperones must not use equipment, and must stay off the thick pads except when necessary to assist a child.
- Adult supervisors may move the green pads, or rearrange equipment in the ninja zone for the safety or enjoyment of participants (please ask if unsure).
Ninja Zone Age & Use Guidelines
- Climbing Wall (Ninja Zone): 30–300 lbs. No minimum age.
- Ages 5+: Younger children may enjoy the zip line, warped wall, and many of the easier obstacles.
- Older children: More obstacles will be accessible to larger children.
- Ages 13+: Direct supervision is no longer required.
Climbing
Please see the Supervision Policy above. Those parents accompanying children under 12 years will need to complete a waiver, but will not need to pay entry if not participating.
Don’t miss out on our incredible climbing classes. Our highly experienced climbing instructors, including gym founders Lisa Rands, Wills Young, and Isaac Caldiero, along with highly accomplished climbers Davis Stewart and Chloe Gallagher (formerly Dente) are here to work with our next generation of youth athletes. We offer classes, clubs and teams, allowing parents to drop off their children at the front desk.
Youth team members from recognized and approved climbing teams are also welcome with their coach. Coaches bringing groups are politely requested to provide advanced notice.

— NINJA ZONE visitors: Please make a reservation. Walk-in visitors are always welcome, but access to the ninja zone will be restricted if a day-camp, birthday party or other event is ongoing. All other areas are unrestricted except in the unusual circumstances of a special event taking place.
Is there parking?
— We have free parking in our lot adjacent to the gym! When the gym is busy, street parking also is available. If you end up next to street meters (on some of the nearby streets) the rates are: $1 per hour, 8 am to 6 pm, Mon through Sat; no payment required on Sundays, or on any day after 6 pm.
